How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your CricBids account in two ways. Both methods remove your personal data from our systems.

In the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the CricBids app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Type DELETE to confirm

Via this Page

  1. Fill the request form below
  2. We verify you own the account
  3. Account is deleted within 3 business days

What happens when you delete

  • Your name, email, phone, photo, and player profile are permanently removed.
  • You lose access to the platform and cannot sign in again.
  • Auction history records are kept but fully anonymized to preserve auction integrity.
