Welcome to CricBids ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass others
• Manipulating bids, registrations, or auction results
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Uploading malicious code, scraping, or automated data collection
• Impersonating any person or entity

5. Auctions and Transactions

The Service provides a platform for organizing and participating in player auctions. The following rules apply:

• Auctions are organized by independent admins/organizers. We are not a party to any agreement between organizers, captains, and players.
• All bids are binding at the discretion of the auction organizer and are settled outside the platform.
• We are not responsible for disputes between organizers, captains, and players, but we may provide records to help resolve them.
• Organizers are responsible for ensuring their auctions comply with applicable laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as profile photos and player details. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content you upload.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication and YouTube Live Streaming). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access is revoked, and personal information may be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
